Thanks,

How much fence, and what type?

Do you have any more info as to what type of coop you are looking for?
Please visit both websites to see some of my work.

Thanks,

Bill Finnigan

The Palo Alto coup with a strong cyclone type fence 8 feet high and 20 feet long.  I also want a top roof fence over it.

I live in Boise, Idaho.
I travel to the Bay Area every 2 months to build coops.
I will be there around the 20th for about 10 days.
You can see a few reviews on Yelp. Search for "For The Birds CC" near San Jose.

The Palo Alto Coop with a run like the picture but 20' long, would be $1795. Run is 6' high at the front wall, 5' high at the back wall.  http://forthebirdscc.posthaven.com/101419816
I could make the run 8' high(front and rear) with a wire roof but no metal roof for the same price.
8' high at the front, 7' at the rear, with the metal roof would add $250.
The run is covered with 2" x 4"  heavy gauge welded wire, in addition to 1/2" hardware cloth on the lower 2' of walls. Very predator proof.

Staining the whole thing would be $350.
Adding hardware cloth to the whole run would be $375. (standard on the lower 2' of the walls.)
Adding pavers around the perimeter would be $250.
Adding a hardware cloth apron around the perimeter would be $200.(see pic)
Delivery/set-up with a deposit would be $100.

10% discount if you get all the options.

These coops are built to last 20 years or more.

Let me know your thoughts.

Thanks,
Bill
